FAQ

Questions

Can a tenant sign the lease on a phone?

Yes. Sign PDF works in mobile browsers; the tenant can draw a signature with a finger, type it or upload a photo of it.

Can I fill in a lease that has no form fields?

Yes. Fill PDF Form lets you click anywhere on a flat page and type, so scanned or printed-and-scanned templates work too.

How do I combine ID scans with the application?

Scan each document to PDF, then use Merge PDF to put them in order behind the application form.

Is there a cost for agents with many properties?

No. Every tool is free for personal use, with no account, with files up to 2 GB for compress, merge and split.
