Pricing FAQ

Who is the free tier for?

Students, job applicants, and occasional users who need a few PDF tasks per hour. Free includes all tools with a 50 MB / 50 page cap per task and automatic file deletion within two hours.

What happens to my files?

Uploads are encrypted in transit. Browser-fast tools may never leave your device. Server-processed files are removed on a short retention schedule unless you subscribe to extended history on a paid plan.

Can I cancel paid plans?

Yes — cancel any time from your dashboard. Access continues until the end of the billing period. See our refund policy for chargeback rules.

Do paid plans remove watermarks?

Siliph does not add watermarks on free or paid tiers for standard PDF tools. Paid plans raise hourly limits, file size caps, and job history retention instead.
