  2. Merge mark sheets and certificates into one PDF if the form asks for a single file. Merge PDF

Privacy notes

  • Forms and certificates carry your name, date of birth and ID numbers. Files processed on our servers are deleted within 2 hours, and you can delete them right after downloading.
  • Many page tools, such as merge and split, run in your browser for everyday file sizes, so those files are not uploaded at all.
  • On a shared or library computer, delete your downloads when you finish.

FAQ

Questions

How do I make a PDF smaller than 200 KB?

Open Compress PDF and pick the 200 KB target. Scans with many pages may need fewer pages or the grayscale option to reach very small sizes.

Can I combine photos of my notes into one PDF?

Yes. Use JPG to PDF to turn the photos into pages, or Scan to PDF to capture and clean up the pages with your camera.

Do I need to sign up or pay?

No. Every tool is free for personal use and needs no account.

Will these tools work on my phone?

Yes. They run in the phone’s browser, and Scan to PDF uses the camera directly.
