Privacy notes

  • HR documents are personal data under most privacy laws. Share the minimum, redact what is not needed and protect files that travel by email.
  • Files processed on our servers are deleted within 2 hours and are never opened by a person. You can delete them sooner from the download screen.
  • Siliph needs no account, so files are not linked to a user profile.

Questions

Can new employees sign without creating an account?

Yes. Nobody needs an account to sign, fill or download. They open the tool, sign the PDF and download it.

Does redaction remove the text or just hide it?

It removes the text and images under each box from the file, so they cannot be copied or searched afterwards.

Can I make our paper leave form fillable?

Yes. Create Forms adds text boxes, checkboxes, radio buttons and drop-down lists to an existing PDF so people can fill it in.

Is the salary slip generator free?

Yes, like every Siliph tool. Enter the employee details, earnings and deductions, and download the payslip as a PDF.
