Official photo & document upload specifications
The exact photo, signature and document upload rules that passports, visas, national IDs and exams publish — 176 records across 36 countries. Every value comes from an official government or exam source, with the source linked and the date it was checked. Nothing is estimated.

What this is
Application portals reject photos over tiny details: a passport photo 2 KB over the limit, a signature scanned at the wrong size, a background that is off-white. The rules exist, but they are scattered across government PDFs and exam notices. This library gathers them in one place.
- Official requirements (105 records): what each government or exam page states — print size, pixels, kilobyte range, format, background — with the page linked and the date it was read. A blank cell means the official page states no value; we never fill one in.
- Siliph presets (71 records): the exact output our free photo resizer makes for each rule, for example a size picked inside an officially stated range. Each preset cites the same official page it was built from.
It is built for candidates and applicants checking a rule, travel agents and coaching centres preparing documents at scale, journalists comparing countries, and developers who want the numbers as structured data.
