By accessing or using Siliph ("the Service") at https://siliph.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Products & services
Siliph provides digital products and services including free online PDF tools, optional premium subscriptions, AI professional headshots, and voluntary developer tips. All paid products are priced in Indian Rupees (INR) as listed below.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Headshot packages are inclusive of applicable taxes where charged.

- Government-scheme PDF compress landing pages (PM-Kisan, SSC, UPSC, and similar portals)
- Blog articles on PDF, fintech, and productivity topics
- Mortgage and financial calculators
3. Free and premium accounts
- Free users: May process up to 3 tasks per hour with files up to 50MB and 50 pages per task.
- Premium users: Enjoy higher limits, priority processing, and extended file retention as described on the Pricing page.
- Premium subscriptions are billed in INR through Cashfree Payments. You may cancel at any time; see our Refunds & Cancellations policy.
4. Payments
Payments are processed securely by Cashfree Payments. By completing a purchase, you authorise us to charge the listed INR amount for the selected product. You are responsible for any bank or payment-provider fees charged by your financial institution.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload files that contain malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or to process illegal content
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits or rate limiting
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service without authorization
6. File handling
Files uploaded to Siliph are processed on our secure servers and automatically deleted within 2 hours for free users unless otherwise stated in your plan. We do not access, read, or share the content of your files except as required to perform the requested operation.
7. Intellectual property
You retain all rights to your uploaded files and processed documents. Siliph does not claim ownership over your content. Our brand, logo, and website design are our intellectual property and may not be used without permission.
8. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability. We are not liable for data loss, corruption, or damages arising from your use of the Service. Always keep backup copies of important documents.
9. Refunds & cancellations
Refund and cancellation rules are set out in our dedicated Refunds & Cancellations policy.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
