How cancellations and refunds work for paid products. The PDF tools themselves are free.

Overview
This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid products on Siliph. Buyers in India pay in Indian Rupees (INR) through Cashfree Payments; buyers elsewhere pay in US dollars (USD) through PayPal.

- Blog articles on PDF, fintech, and productivity topics
- Mortgage and financial calculators
Paid plans
- No automatic renewal: Paid plans are one-off passes for a week, a month or a year. They are not charged again, so there is nothing to cancel; a pass simply ends at the end of its period. Questions: [email protected].
- Web Week Pass & Web Monthly: Non-refundable once activated. No partial refunds for unused days in the current period.
- Web Annual: Full refund available within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied and have not substantially used premium features. After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable but remain active until expiry.
AI professional headshots
- Headshot packages are digital goods delivered after AI processing begins.
- Before generation starts: Contact us within 1 hour of payment for a full refund if processing has not begun.
- After generation starts or completes: Refunds are not available except where required by law or if we fail to deliver the purchased number of images due to a technical fault on our side.
Developer tips (voluntary contributions)
Voluntary "Buy me a coffee" payments are donations to support development. These are non-refundable unless charged in error (duplicate payment or incorrect amount). Contact us within 7 days with your order ID.
Free services
Free PDF tools and blog content do not involve payment and are not subject to refunds.
How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] with your registered email, Cashfree or PayPal order ID, and reason for the request.
- We review requests within 3–5 business days.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through the gateway you paid with (Cashfree Payments or PayPal). Bank processing may take 5–10 business days.
Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank without contacting us first, we may suspend your account while the dispute is investigated. Please email support before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue faster.
