This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid products on Siliph. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments.

- Government-scheme PDF compress landing pages (PM-Kisan, SSC, UPSC, and similar portals)
- Blog articles on PDF, fintech, and productivity topics
- Mortgage and financial calculators
Premium subscriptions
- Cancellation: You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. Access continues until the end of the paid billing period.
- Web Week Pass & Web Monthly: Non-refundable once activated. No partial refunds for unused days in the current period.
- Desktop+Web Annual: Full refund available within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied and have not substantially used premium features. After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable but remain active until expiry.
AI professional headshots
- Headshot packages are digital goods delivered after AI processing begins.
- Before generation starts: Contact us within 1 hour of payment for a full refund if processing has not begun.
- After generation starts or completes: Refunds are not available except where required by law or if we fail to deliver the purchased number of images due to a technical fault on our side.
Developer tips (voluntary contributions)
Voluntary "Buy me a coffee" payments are donations to support development. These are non-refundable unless charged in error (duplicate payment or incorrect amount). Contact us within 7 days with your order ID.
Free services
Free PDF tools and blog content do not involve payment and are not subject to refunds.
How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] with your registered email, Cashfree order ID, and reason for the request.
- We review requests within 3–5 business days.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Cashfree Payments. Bank processing may take 5–10 business days.
Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank without contacting us first, we may suspend your account while the dispute is investigated. Please email support before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue faster.
