BMP to PDF converts Windows bitmap images into a single PDF, one image per page. Each bitmap is stored with lossless compression, so the PDF is usually much smaller than the BMP files while every pixel stays the same. It runs in your browser, is free and needs no account.
Step by step
Drag your bitmaps into the drop zone or click Choose BMP images. The order of the list is the page order, so add the first page first.
Press the process button. Each bitmap is decoded in your browser, compressed losslessly and placed on a page that matches its size in pixels.
Click Download. One bitmap is saved as a PDF with the same name; two or more are saved together as images-combined.pdf.
Features
Raw BMP pixels are packed with lossless compression inside the PDF, so a folder of heavy bitmaps usually becomes a file that is far easier to email.
Lossless storage means thin lines in a Paint drawing or small text in a screenshot look identical in the PDF, without the blur that JPG compression adds.
The images are read and the PDF is built in your browser, so the BMP files never leave your device while they are converted.
BMP files usually hold raw, uncompressed pixels, which is why a single screenshot can weigh several megabytes. Your browser decodes each bitmap and stores it inside the PDF as a lossless PNG, which shrinks the data without changing a pixel. Every page is sized to its bitmap and the pages follow the order of the file list.
BMP is the native bitmap format of Windows. Paint saves it by default, and plenty of older scanners, lab instruments and line-of-business programs still export it. Because most bitmaps store every pixel uncompressed, a full-screen BMP can be ten times the size of the same picture as PNG, and many web forms reject the format outright. Converting to PDF solves both problems at once.
The converter keeps each bitmap at its native resolution and gives it a page of the same proportions. If the pages must fit standard paper with a margin, save the bitmaps as PNG first and run them through JPG to PDF, which offers paper sizes. A mixed folder that also holds JPG, HEIC or TIFF files can go through Image to PDF in one batch, and GIF to PDF covers the other legacy web format.
Lossless storage keeps the file faithful but not always tiny when the bitmaps are large photos. In that case, Compress PDF can shrink the result further. To go the other way and turn PDF pages into bitmaps for an older program, use PDF to BMP.
Every step happens in your browser on your own device, and the PDF is written straight to your downloads folder. The tool is free, needs no account and does not stamp a watermark on the pages.

Most BMP files store pixels with no compression at all. The PDF stores the same pixels with lossless compression, which removes the waste without changing how the image looks.
No. The bitmap is stored losslessly, so every pixel in the PDF matches the original. Text in screenshots and fine lines in drawings stay as sharp as they were.
Any bitmap your browser can display, which covers the 24-bit and 32-bit files from Paint and most 8-bit palette bitmaps from older software. A file the browser cannot open shows an error.
Each page has the same width and height as its bitmap in pixels, so nothing is cropped or stretched. A wide screenshot gives a wide page and a small icon a small one.
Yes. Add all the BMP files at once and they are joined into a single document called images-combined.pdf, ordered the same way as the file list.
It is free with no account or watermark. The conversion is processed in your browser, so the BMP files never leave your device and you can close the tab as soon as the PDF has downloaded.
