Editorial Standards
Siliph publishes two editorial channels: the main Siliph Blog (fintech, productivity, and technology analysis) and PDF Guides (document workflows, exam uploads, and government portal how-tos). This page explains how we create and maintain that content.
Sourcing and accuracy
- PDF Guides cite official portal documentation, notification PDFs, and exam brochures where file-size or format rules are stated.
- Fintech and business articles reference primary sources: regulator filings, issuer press releases, and audited financial statements—not unsourced social posts.
- Tool instructions are tested against the live Siliph product before publication. Screenshots and steps are updated when the UI changes.
AI-assisted drafting disclosure
We may use AI language models to draft outlines, tables, and first-pass prose. Every article is reviewed and edited by a human before publication. We do not publish AI-generated content without fact-checking dates, numbers, portal URLs, and legal claims.
Automated quality checks enforce minimum word counts, FAQ sections, comparison tables where appropriate, and banned filler phrases. Posts that fail strict review are revised or held—not published in a degraded state during quality campaigns.
Author attribution
Founding Editor Anupam Pradhan oversees editorial direction. Byline articles list the responsible author; PDF Guides may carry a "Siliph PDF Guides" desk byline when produced by the documentation team.
Corrections and updates
Government portals and exam calendars change without notice. When a reader reports an outdated KB limit, rejected upload rule, or broken link, we verify against the official source and update the article within five business days when the change is confirmed.
Material corrections include a note at the top of the article with the revision date. Contact [email protected] to report factual errors.
Content update cadence
- PDF Guides: reviewed quarterly and after major exam or scheme notification cycles.
- Tool SEO pages: updated when product behavior or free-tier limits change.
- Fintech articles: rate and product data refreshed when sources publish new figures.
Independence
Editorial content is separate from advertising. Tool recommendations within articles point to Siliph's own free utilities unless an external official source is required. We do not accept payment for favorable coverage in editorial channels.
Before applying to AdSense / display ads
Publishers should verify these URLs show substantive, unique content (not empty tool shells):
- Homepage lists recent PDF Guides articles
- About names a real founder and editorial process
- Tool pages include 400+ words of scenario-specific guidance below the upload widget
- PDF Guides shows multiple long articles
- Legal pages (privacy, terms, contact) are complete
Wait 2–4 weeks after major content updates before resubmitting so crawlers can re-index pages.
